What affect does the melting of snow have on Spruce tree?

On the side where I am facing the sun, the snow on me has melted and leaves me tendrils.  Ice tendrils of Spruce trees grow downward. It does not weigh down on me.

Young shoots curve up, grab the sky. It is almost too much right now.
